Refunds and Cancellations


We may give refunds depending on the refund policies described below: 


When you will be entitled to receive a refund: 


  • If refund requests are made within 7 working days from the date of payment if the services have not been consumed.


When you will not be entitled to receive a refund: 


  • Cancellations on the same day of the scheduled meeting.

  • You do not show up at the scheduled time of any meeting.

  • You cancel a Follow-up meeting.

  • You cancel the meeting after rescheduling it once.

  • If we feel there is any misuse or non-compliance with our Terms of Use.

  • If you fail to book a follow up meeting within the stipulated time. 


How you will receive your refund:


  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. 

  • Once processed, you will receive the refund in the original mode of payment. 

  • Refunds will be issued after deducting the applicable payment gateway charges.
