Refunds and Cancellations
We may give refunds depending on the refund policies described below:
When you will be entitled to receive a refund:
If refund requests are made within 7 working days from the date of payment if the services have not been consumed.
When you will not be entitled to receive a refund:
Cancellations on the same day of the scheduled meeting.
You do not show up at the scheduled time of any meeting.
You cancel a Follow-up meeting.
You cancel the meeting after rescheduling it once.
If we feel there is any misuse or non-compliance with our Terms of Use.
If you fail to book a follow up meeting within the stipulated time.
How you will receive your refund:
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Once processed, you will receive the refund in the original mode of payment.
Refunds will be issued after deducting the applicable payment gateway charges.
